Almost Wordless Wednesday: Lennox

The fight to save Lennox is unfortunately over-apparently, Belfast City council confirmed earlier this morning that they "humanely" put the long-suffering dog to death, despite pleas from both Cesar Millan and Victoria Stillwell to pay all expenses to transport him out of Ireland.

Still Fighting To Save Lennox The Dog!

Breaking news about Lennox the American Bulldog/Lab mix who today was ordered put to death by the Belfast City Council: Northern Ireland's First Minister, Peter Robinson steps in to save Lennox. Although poor Lennox was ripped away from his family for no reason other than he "looked like a dangerous breed," and impounded for the last two years while hundreds of thousands of people worldwide protested, the Belfast City Council today apparently denied all appeals and ordered Lennox put to death.

But apparently at the last minute, First Minister Peter Robinson has asked City Council to reconsider: "As a dog lover I am very unhappy with the outcome of this case"...and suggested to the Council to Seriously look at a re-homing option."
