The fight to save Lennox is unfortunately over-apparently, Belfast City council confirmed earlier this morning that they "humanely" put the long-suffering dog to death, despite pleas from both Cesar Millan and Victoria Stillwell to pay all expenses to transport him out of Ireland.
I agree, it is heartbreaking. I really believed that he would be saved and given a chance at the last minute. It seemed impossible that this fight could go on so long and end so tragically.
Yeah, when we posted last night at the Ministere of Northen Ireland had asked the council to consider other options, I thought for sure we'd hear good news this morning. Just unbelievable-poor Parental Unit is so depressed and angry!
It's impossible to understand... there were so many other options made available to them. How can humans be so inhumane?

So so so so wrong. And sad.
ReplyDeleteSo sad

Poor Lennox. I'm sad, disappointed and angry, all rolled into one.
ReplyDeleteOur thoughts and prayers are with his family.
We agree with all of you...with so many other options available that would not have cost them a penny, why choose death?
