Thanks to our good friends at Petfinder.com, we just learned that the fabulous month of June is officially "Adopt a Shelter Cat Month". Check out their great ideas for helping cats in your neck of the woods get adopted, even if you can't adopt a sweet kitty at the moment. (Did I just say, "sweet kitty"? You're putting words in my mouth again, Parental Unit!)
And believe it or not, tomorrow, June 4th, is National Hug Your Cat Day-woo hoo! Or should we say, "who knew"? Don't pass up the opportunity to give your favorite feline a hug-or better yet, visit a shelter and give one of those kitties a hug. You might just decide to take that huggable feline home with you. If we all snuggle with our cats tomorrow, and adopt or volunteer at a shelter for just an hour or two, think of the difference that will make for cats everywhere.

We fully support other people bringing home cats. Well we are dogs what you want from us. Happy Cat Adoption month.
We are so enjoying reading other people's stories about how their cats came to stay and many are rescues. Nice one. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
