First, is this a thoughtful present or what? Thank you, "Team Chewy" for this wonderful little painting of yours truly! And a special thank-you to Lisa Goldfarb, the artist whose considerable talents made this possible. Both Parental Unit and I just love it, and it now resides in a place of honor on Parental Unit's dresser. And if you want to see another of these dog portraits from the Chewy team, visit Sagira's Agility Adventures—another beauty!
Now on to our review of Halo Purely for Pets' latest product—one ingredient, freeze-dried cat treats called "Live-a-Littles". There are three separate varieties made with three different types of protein: wild salmon (our choice for picky Ms. Bella), chicken breast and beef. Of course, they're fine for dogs too. I've snagged my share of these tasty morsels (I do love fish!), and give them an enthusiastic four paws up!
But what does Ms. Bella have to say?
Will ya open 'em up, already?
I'll just lick the container rim, first...yum! Wild caught salmon! (I can tell the difference between farm raised and wild caught, you know).
You can give your cat or dog these treats individually as mini rewards, or crumble one or two over their regular food as an enticing topper.
Note: We've learned to thoroughly crumble over Bella's food so she can't scarf them down as fast!
Now, you know how Parental Unit is about reading ingredient lists on both her food and our food, and you just can't beat a one ingredient, freeze-dried high-quality protein for maximum freshness and nutritional value. Bella and Parental Unit give these treats an easy, two thumbs and four paws up. And the great thing is, you can just throw a few "Live-a-Littles" in your virtual cart when doing your other pet food shopping at Chewy.com.
A hearty thank-you to Chewy.com for sharing these treats with us! And again, a rousing thank-you to the Chewy Team and to Lisa Goldfarb for our wonderful portrait. We received no other compensation for writing this post and our opinions are 100% our own.
